A short queue protection penalty. Accepting a subsequent match resets this escalation.

A staff-issued temporary matchmaking restriction with a recorded explanation.

How enforcement works

Repeat offenses escalate

The penalty depends on prior restrictions in the same category. Once you reach the final step, further offenses stay at that level (or permanent).

Clean time helps

Offenses older than the reset window no longer count toward escalation. Some categories, like cheating and ban evasion, never reset.

These are the standard durations

Staff may override a restriction for severity or context, and serious violations can be permanent on the first offense.
