Only from the Star Shop while Operation Cinder is live. Cases you own stay openable after it ends, and they open without a key.
Rare special item: Dopplers only
Doppler and Gamma Doppler on Karambit, Butterfly, M9 Bayonet, Bayonet, Flip, Talon and Stiletto: every phase plus the gems, Ruby, Sapphire, Black Pearl and Emerald. Talon and Stiletto don’t come in Gamma Doppler, so they only roll regular Dopplers.Graffiti
Open a graffiti box from the Star Shop, then equip the graffiti in your Loadout. Every graffiti has 50 sprays; after the last one it’s used up. One spray every 30 seconds.
In game, open the console once and bind a key: bind t "+csgomatchmaking_graffiti" Or type !graffiti in chat.
